Terms and Conditions

All sales made by How to Read Your Baby (herein referred to as HTRYB) to its customers are subject to these terms and conditions.  Customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions shall be made by either purchaser providing a purchase order number to HTRYB or customers acceptance of any product or service from HTRYB, whichever occurs first.  These terms and conditions shall apply to sales of all products and services described in HTRYB listings or special order products not listed and trainings provided.

All prices listed on the product list are subject to change without notice and will be established at the time of order acceptance by HTRYB.  Order acceptance and sale by HTRYB occurs at time of shipment or acceptance by customer.
Payment terms are payment in US Dollars within 30 days of invoice date. No minimum order required.
HTRYB does not collect sales tax, some customers may be required to pay a use tax based on the requirements of their state and municipalities.

All products will be shipped by UPS, or FedEx. Purchaser shall examine all products upon receipt and shall notify HTRYB of all discrepancies. Such notice shall be reasonably detailed and shall specify the discrepancy.  Failure to file such notice within 24 hours from time of delivery shall be deemed an acceptance of the products.

All products returned must have a copy of the original invoice and precise detailed description of the problem to receive a refund or credit. Product must be returned in the original packaging, any returned items damaged in shipping will not receive a refund or credit.  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or credited.  All items must be received within 30 days of the original shipping date.  Refunds and credits are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

When incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided to HTRYB the purchaser will be responsible for additional shipping carrier charges.

Training Cancellation and Substitutions:
You may cancel your registration up to 15 business days before the training and receive a refund less a 10% cancelation fee. If you need to cancel less than 15 business days prior to training you may send a substitution or transfer your registration fee to another training of your choice that is scheduled within a 12 month period of your original training.  Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.

All net terms customers must be current and in good standing before any sales transaction can be completed.  Past due invoices are subject to a  minimum $10.00 late fee if full payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, and all late invoices are subject to a 21% APR finance charge on outstanding balances. Any purchase turned over to collections will be subject to a $50.00 collection fee and subsequent court cost.

All returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 fee.  Customers are responsible for all collections and attorney fees when collection efforts are required. HTRYB reserves the right to revoke check writing or net terms privileges at any time.
